You’re in the right place
Many parents notice their child struggling with big emotions, anxiety, or changes in behavior and find themselves quietly wondering whether they could have done something differently. The truth is, seeking support doesn’t mean you’ve done something wrong—it means you’re paying attention.
Children grow up in a complex world, and even in loving, stable homes, they can feel anxious, confused, or emotionally stuck. Therapy can be a space where your child feels safe to express what they don’t yet have words for, and where you don’t have to carry the weight alone.
Therapy doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with your child—it means you’re investing in their early emotional growth. With the right support, children learn how to navigate their big feelings in a big world, feeling safe, more capable, and understood.
Hi! I’m Josh. I’m a father, child-at-heart, & Marriage and Family therapist.
I support children through anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, peer relationships, and family transitions. Young minds are full of curiosity and meaning, so I meet children where they are through play, creativity, and developmentally appropriate interventions that help them feel supported in ways that fit who they uniquely are.
As a father to a young kiddo and as a Christian, I understand how important it can be to know your child is in the right hands. A large part of my work involves partnering closely with families, offering parental support and walking alongside you so you don’t feel alone in the process. I offer faith-integrated care for families who desire it, with the hope of providing support that feels steady, relational, and genuinely invested in your child’s well-being as we walk together through the big steps ahead.
